Ripa Trade collects only the personal data that the user provides using the contact form of the Website; specifically, it collects:
a. Your personal data (name and/or surname)
b. Your contact details (email)
c. Your questions, reports and requests
d. Your visits on the website (pages visited, browser used, date and time of the visit, origin)
e. IP addresses, URI addresses – Uniform Resource Identifier – of the requested resources, time and method used to formulate requests to the server, numerical code about the status of the response made by the server (successful, error, etc.); etc.
In the rest of this document we will use the letters “a” to “e” to individually identify the types of data listed above.
Navigation data “e” relates to the operating system and the IT environment of the user, whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. Although this information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, by their nature they could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, enable the identification of the users.
3. Purpose of the processing
Ripa Trade processes the personal data that the user has provided through the Service or the Website exclusively in connection with the use of the Service or the Website itself.
In particular, the user’s personal data can be used for the following purposes:

4. Retention of personal data
Ripa Trade will reatin the user information according to the terms required by the current legislation and, in any case, for as long as necessary to provide the requested services. Specifically, it will retain the data of those who are not registered in the Service but who have contacted Ripa Trade through the Website for two years. Once this period has elapsed, the user data will be permanently deleted (unless needed for legal obligations, such as, for example, the conservation of tax documents).
5. Security and transfer of personal data
The transfer, storage and processing of user data which are collected through the Service and the Website are ensured through suitable technical measures. The site is provided on an HTTPS encrypted connection.
User data is collected, stored and retained on a secure server, protected by a Cisco firewall and physically located in Milan in a web farm with controlled access. Each superuser access takes place under encryption protection with 4096-bit DH asymmetric keys.
6. Transfer of data to third parties
Ripa Trade will be able to provide user data to third parties for certain processes: your data may be viewed by technicians from Accomazzi.net Srl company in Milan, which takes care of the development and IT maintenance of the website on our behalf.
Only if Ripa Trade is required to do so by law, personal data will be provided to the competent authorities. Your data will not be transferred outside the European Union.
7. Rights of the user (data subject).
The user will have the full right to exercise the rights provided by the current legislation at any time, including the following rights:
- to receive confirmation of the existence of his/her personal data and request access to their content;
- to update, modify and/or correct his/her personal data;
- to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form, blocking of your data processed in violation of the law;
- to ask for the limitation of the treatment;
- to oppose the processing for legitimate reasons;
- to receive a copy of the data provided and request that such data is transmitted to another data controller.
